Shipping policy
Free Shipping within New Zealand
- We are happy to offer free standard shipping within New Zealand, using a variety of carriers.
- Upon placing your order, it may take up to 2 days to process, package and ship your order. Orders are collected by the carrier on business days only.
- It will generally take 2-5 business days (4-10 business days for rugs 25+kgs) for your item to arrive, after it has been collected by the carrier. We will provide tracking information, where it is available, so that you are kept up to date.
- If you have not received your rug after 5 business days, (10 business days for rugs over 25kg), feel free to contact us at sales@persianruggallery.co.nz and we will be happy to investigate.
We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy without notice. This may include charging shipping for certain items. You will be notified upon checkout if any shipping charges apply to your order.
