This approx. 30 cm x 30 cm square mat features a classic bokhara layout with repeating geometric guls on a beige field, framed by neat borders. Its compact size makes it ideal for adding a touch of pattern on a side table or nightstand.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
