Approximately 30 cm x 30 cm, this small table mat showcases classic bokhara styling with repeating geometric ‘elephant print’ motifs and a framed border on a cream ground. Its compact size is ideal for a bedside table, entry console, dresser, or as a centerpiece accent on a coffee or side table.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
