Approximately 30 cm x 30 cm, this compact Bokhara table mat shows classic repeating geometric gul medallions framed by a patterned border. Its small square size makes it ideal for a bedside table, desk, entry console, or under a small plant or vase to add a touch of intricate pattern indoors.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
