Approximately 65 cm x 45 cm, this bokhara rug features repeating geometric guls with framed borders in rich red highlighted by black accents. Its compact size makes it ideal for an entryway, bedside, or under a side table as a striking accent.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
