Approximately 60 x 40 cm, this small rug features a classic Bokhara layout with repeating geometric medallions and a framed border in rich red with contrasting dark and light accents. Its compact size makes it ideal for a small entryway, beside the bed, or in front of an accent chair.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
