Approx 60 cm x 40 cm, this Bokhara design features repeating geometric ‘elephant foot’ medallions with bordered motifs in rich red, accented by dark and light details. Its petite size makes it ideal for an interior doorway as a small accent mat.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
