Approximately 101 cm x 63 cm, this rug shows a classic bokhara layout with repeating geometric medallions and a defined border in rich red with contrasting black and cream accents. Its compact size makes it ideal for an entryway, bedside, or a small study.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
