Approximately 96 x 61 cm, this compact bokhara-style rug shows a red field with repeating geometric gul motifs and multiple framed borders highlighted in black and white. Its small footprint makes it ideal for an entryway or beside the bed to add a warm accent.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
