Approximately 123 x 102 cm, this khurjeen-style rug features lively geometric stripes and small motifs in a rich multi-colour palette. Its compact size makes it ideal for an entryway, beside a bed, or under a small coffee table in a study or reading nook.

Khurjeen (also spelt Khorjeen) translates to 'saddle bag' in the Farsi language. Khurjeen rugs often utilisize the same geometric, striped patterns as what were used on saddle bags. Crafted with high quality hand-spun wool by the Turkmen and Hazara tribes in central/northern Afghanistan, and coloured with natural dyes, these rugs are beautfully intricate and sure to bring energy and colour into your space!
