An approximately 186 cm x 76 cm runner with a rich red field, repeating geometric motifs, and a contrasting dark border with accent details. Its slim size makes it ideal for a hallway, entryway, or alongside a bed.

Kunduz rugs share similar colours and patterns to Khal Mohammadi rugs, but are of finer quality with tidy knotting and smooth, almost velvety pile. You will frequently see Kunduz rugs with a small section of flat-woven 'kilim' at either end, next to the fringes. They are hand-knotted in the Kunduz region of northern Afghanistan.
