Approximately 198 cm x 138 cm, this rug features classic jaldar styling with angular diamond guls across a cream field, framed by intricate borders in red and brown. Its medium size suits a study, reading nook, or the area beside a bed, and can also anchor a small living room.

Jaldar rugs feature a very soft and luxurious pile, and are commonly woven in Pakistan. They can easily be confused with Pakistani Bokhara rugs, which have a very similar construction and feel. Jaldar, however, feature more angular, diamond shaped guls, as opposed to the more rounded guls found on Bokhara. This particular rug also features a 'silk touch' - some of the design highlights are silk pile.
