Approximately 299 cm x 222 cm, this rug features a shirvan-style geometric pattern with medallions and layered borders on a cream ground, accented by red, blue, and brown details. Its generous size makes it well suited to a living room or placed under a medium dining table to anchor the space.

Shirvan (also spelt Shervan, Sherwan) is the name of a city in the Caucasus region, now modern-day Azerbaijan. Shirvan carpets feature geometric designs, similar to the Kazak and Super Kazak family. This rug was constructed by master rug-makers in Afghanistan, and is inspired by the Shirvan rugs of the Caucasus.
