An approximately 300 x 68 cm runner featuring the classic bokhara design with repeating geometric gul motifs and neat borders. The pink field is accented by lighter highlights and darker outlines, giving it a refined, traditional look. This size is ideal for a hallway or entryway, beside a bed, or along a kitchen galley.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile. This particular rug also features a 'silk touch' - some of the design highlights are silk pile.
