Approximately 300 x 202 cm, this rug showcases a classic bokhara pattern with repeating geometric guls and framed borders on a rich red field, accented by black and white details. Its generous size makes it well suited for a living room or under a dining table, or to anchor a seating area in a large bedroom.

These rugs are named after the Bokhara (also spelt Bukhara) region in Uzbekistan. The design features a repeated geometric design, often referred to as the elephant print. The design shares many similarities with the Turkoman 'Tekke' design. Modern Bokhara rugs are commonly hand woven in Pakistan, and feature soft and luxurious pile.
