Approximately 210 x 152 cm, this kazak-style rug features a bold geometric layout with medallions and hooked motifs on a blue field, framed by patterned borders with red, cream, and yellow highlights. Its versatile size suits a living room seating area, under a small dining table, or as a statement piece in a bedroom or home office.

Named after the city of Kazak (also spelt Qazax) in modern-day Azerbaijan, Kazak rugs feature distinctive geometric patterns, and are often red, cream, blue or gold in colour. Super Kazak rugs utilize similar designs, but are constructed with superior pile and a finer finish. Kazak rugs knotted in Afghanistan are often referred to as Afghan Ghazni.
