Approximately 180 x 161 cm, this piece features a beige ground with crisp geometric medallions and repeating borders accented in red, blue, and green. Its medium, near-square size makes it well suited under a coffee table or to anchor a small living room.

Shirvan (also spelt Shervan, Sherwan) is the name of a city in the Caucasus region, now modern-day Azerbaijan. Shirvan carpets feature geometric designs, similar to the Kazak and Super Kazak family. This rug was constructed by master rug-makers in Afghanistan, and is inspired by the Shirvan rugs of the Caucasus.
