Approximately 202 x 150 cm, this rug features a classic kazak design with bold geometric medallions and a strong border on a blue ground, accented with red and cream details. Its medium size makes it well suited to a living room or home office, especially centered under a coffee table or in front of a sofa.

Named after the city of Kazak (also spelt Qazax) in modern-day Azerbaijan, Kazak rugs feature distinctive geometric patterns, and are often red, cream, blue or gold in colour. Super Kazak rugs utilize similar designs, but are constructed with superior pile and a finer finish. Kazak rugs knotted in Afghanistan are often referred to as Afghan Ghazni.
