Approximately 257 cm x 158 cm, this rug showcases a cream ground with bold geometric motifs, medallions, and patterned borders highlighted in red and blue with touches of brown. Its medium–large size makes it well suited to a living room seating area or a spacious bedroom.

Shirvan (also spelt Shervan, Sherwan) is the name of a city in the Caucasus region, now modern-day Azerbaijan. Shirvan carpets feature geometric designs, similar to the Kazak and Super Kazak family. This rug was constructed by master rug-makers in Afghanistan, and is inspired by the Shirvan rugs of the Caucasus.
