Approximately 282 cm x 84 cm runner featuring a rich red field with repeating geometric medallions and a neat border, accented in deep blue and black. Its slim, elongated size makes it ideal for a hallway, entryway, galley kitchen, or beside a bed.

Kunduz rugs share similar colours and patterns to Khal Mohammadi rugs, but are of finer quality with tidy knotting and smooth, almost velvety pile. You will frequently see Kunduz rugs with a small section of flat-woven 'kilim' at either end, next to the fringes. They are hand-knotted in the Kunduz region of northern Afghanistan.
